Extreme Biology is Now on Facebook!

by Miss Baker
Do you use Facebook* to keep up with your friends? Want another way to check what’s happening here on Extreme Biology? Add the Extreme Biology Facebook application by clicking here.
*This is in no way a promotion of Facebook. There is no requirement for students to join Facebook or use this application for this class. I do not benefit from your use of this application. I just thought it would be something fun to add to your Facebook page if you have one! Do not attempt to “friend” me. I have to reject you.

This is really cool! I love how the blog has connected us so much more to each other. It was a wonderful idea and a great class project. It really helped me learn new things about our world and biology. I hope that future classes will be able to enjoy and benefit from the blog as well!

Awesome idea Miss Baker! This gives us the opportunity to use the blog on a new level where most of the grade can connect. Thanks for this opportunity and like Matt said I hope the biology classes in the future can have a blog like this to help them with their work and just interesting things : )

Great idea Mrs Baker! Now people can learn about the natural world in one more area of our lives. With all the people that use facebook, it can only help promote the fact that we need to take action to save our world from destruction by pollution and other human actions. Just by putting the blog in another spot on the internet will impact the natural world by informing more people.

Wow Miss Baker! This is so cool! I had no idea you could do that. It is a great way for us to keep in touch with the blog over the summer. It definatly keeps teens intrigued because Facebook is like an everyday use. Thanks again Miss Baker!

I will definitley add that application when i get the chance. I agree with Matt that the blog has really shown us a lot more than we would have learned in class alone and I am thankful that Ms.Baker came up with this great idea. Thanky you Ms.Baker!

This is really cool. Like Matt said, the blog has definently been useful and was a really good and different class project. It helped me also learn random, but cool things I would have never known otherwise. It was interesting too because most of the posts related to our lives instead of just rattling off facts about DNA or something like that.

This really is neat. I havea facebook and I have added this application. Now all of my friends that I use to go to school with could see our biology blog and maybe I could get them to comment and use the blog. Like Matt and Taylor said the blog did help me learn a lot more things than I expected and some of the blogs helped me get a better understanding of biology and how we can help and use our knowledge of it. This should be a cool thing to have. Thanks and have fun in Maryland.

Thanks Miss Baker! I have a facebook so this’ll help me keep up with the blog. If only you could have made this sooner, so now I wouldn’t be trying to get comments on the last day (haha just joking). But I Look forward to adding the app. Your blog has really helped me to keep up with the news and new discoveries in the science world, so thank you very much!!

I have some friends that dont go to mp that would probably be interested in seeing this. Thanks Miss Baker
