I tried sending this ecard to all my students, but had some difficulty. So, I decided to just post it here.
Charles Darwin was born on February 12, 1809. Each year on his birthday, people all over the world celebrate! Because his birthday falls on a Saturday (and we’re celebrating Valentine’s Day on Monday), we will celebrate Darwin Day on Wednesday, February 16th. Here’s a trailer for our upcoming celebration!
